Petit Byahaut Resort Development
2025 - Present

In 2025, Kelectric commenced the restoration and construction of a secluded luxury resort in Byahaut, St. Vincent, designed to offer an exclusive getaway experience for tourists seeking privacy and natural beauty. The project involves the completion of guest houses, the restoration and enhancement of the beachfront, and the construction of a new jetty to provide safe and convenient boat access.

The works are being carried out with attention to both functionality and aesthetics, ensuring that the resort blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings while meeting modern comfort standards. Once completed, the development will provide a serene and high-quality retreat, supporting the growth of St. Vincent’s tourism sector and offering visitors a unique coastal experience.

SVG Air Hangar
2025 - Present

Kelectric is currently undertaking a key infrastructure project for SVG Air, aimed at enhancing aviation facilities and improving site security. The works include the renovation of an existing aircraft hangar and the construction of a new security booth to support operational safety and efficiency.

Given the site’s proximity to the coastline, the project prioritizes marine-grade construction materials and weatherproof finishes to ensure durability against salt air, humidity, and high winds. The hangar renovation encompasses structural repairs, surface treatments, and the application of corrosion-resistant, weatherproof paint to protect the building’s steel framework and extend its service life. This initiative supports SVG Air’s operational readiness, improves the protection of aircraft and facilities, and reflects Kelectric’s commitment to delivering resilient, high-quality infrastructure capable of withstanding challenging coastal conditions.

Sandals - Buccament Bay
2023 - 2024

In 2024, Kelectric successfully completed the construction of a series of overwater guest houses for the Sandals resort in Buccament Bay. Built directly above the beach area and extending over the water, these luxury accommodations combine modern engineering with the natural beauty of the bay.

The project incorporated durable, marine-grade materials to withstand coastal conditions, along with structural foundations designed to protect against wave action and tidal changes. In addition to creating a unique guest experience, the development significantly expanded the usable beach area, enhancing both the resort’s appeal and its beachfront capacity.

This initiative showcases Kelectric’s expertise in delivering premium waterfront construction that balances durability, aesthetics, and environmental considerations.

Arnos Vale Sporting Complex
2022 - 2024

In 2023, Kelectric completed a comprehensive structural rehabilitation project at the Arnos Vale Sporting Complex, enhancing the facility’s durability, safety, and longevity.

The scope of work included excavation of trenches, placement of rebar and reinforced concrete, and the construction of a new block wall to strengthen the complex’s perimeter and structural integrity. The project also involved the removal and replacement of key steel frame components, including steel stanchions, roof framing, and coverings.

To ensure long-term resilience in the coastal environment, all steel members underwent sandblasting and surface preparation, followed by treatment and application of rust-proof paint. This process not only restored the steel to optimal condition but also provided robust protection against corrosion.

Kingstown Port Modernization
2022 - 2023

In 2023, Kelectric successfully completed a critical sewer infrastructure project at the Kingstown Port, aimed at modernizing the port’s wastewater management systems and supporting its operational efficiency.

The works involved the installation of new sewer lines and associated sewer system components, ensuring reliable and efficient wastewater collection and disposal for port facilities. The project required precision trenching, secure pipe placement, and proper integration with existing utilities, all carried out in an active port environment where minimizing disruption to ongoing operations was a key priority.

By upgrading the sewer infrastructure, Kelectric enhanced the port’s environmental compliance, reduced maintenance demands, and improved sanitation standards—supporting both day-to-day port operations and long-term sustainability.

Rainforest Seafood Manufacturing Plant
2019 - 2022

In 2022, Kelectric successfully completed the construction of the Rainforest Seafood Manufacturing Plant in St. Vincent, delivering a modern facility designed for processing and storing seafood under optimal conditions. The project involved the construction of reinforced concrete pad foundations to provide a stable base for the facility, followed by the erection of a steel frame structure complete with roofing and galvanized external cladding.

Insulated panels were installed to form freezer and cold storage areas, ensuring proper temperature control for seafood products. Full construction of office and bathroom facilities supported operational efficiency and staff needs, while concrete pavements and platforms enhanced site accessibility and functionality. Additionally, reinforced concrete holding tanks were constructed to safely house live seafood, integrating seamlessly with the production workflow.
