Geothermal Development Project
2018

In 2018, Kelectric was employed by the St. Vincent Geothermal Company to advance the nation’s renewable energy initiative through the construction of Drill Pad W1. The project scope included the supply and installation of approximately 1.3 km of 300 mm diameter PVC C900 pipeline, buried in a trench, to transport water from the Rabacca River to the drill pad site. Additional works involved road construction and paving services, including the construction of retaining walls and associated utilities, to ensure stable site access and long-term durability. This project formed a critical part of St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ drive toward sustainable geothermal energy development.
Wallilabou Landfill
2015 - 2016

Kelectric was contracted to deliver the construction of the Wallilabou Landfill, a major waste management facility in St. Vincent. The project encompassed the development of two (2) engineered landfill cells and the construction of an administrative office building. Supporting works included the construction of access roads, a hazardous waste storage building, leachate ponds, rip rap drains, an equipment shed, and a weighbridge. These works were completed to modern environmental and engineering standards, providing the country with a structured and sustainable waste management solution.
